Some days I feel so tired that all I want to do is curl up into a little ball and sleep the day away. We’ve all been there, that feeling of utter exhaustion! I am going to leave you with one more nightly ritual, that in my opinion, is essential for sleep. I love my salt lamp! Salt lamps are said to reduce electromagnetic radiation, purify the air, improve blood flow and sleep. Can I guarantee these things? No, but I will tell you that after a lot of research I believe it.
